What Insurance Do you Accept?
Each provider at PeopleFirst Clinic is credentialed separately, so coverage may vary. Most providers are in-network with the following insurance plans:

PeopleFirst and most providers are also in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid, and Medicare; please check with your provider before scheduling.

How much will my services cost with my insurance?
The fees for your services are set by the contract the provider has with your insurance provider if you are using insurance; please contact your insurance for an estimated cost.
What if I am not using insurance (self-pay)?
If you are not using insurance, fees are based on our fee schedule. Please email info@peoplefirstmn.com for self-pay rates (our fee schedule).
Per regulations, self-pay is not available for Medicaid-covered services, and for Medicare, self-pay is only available for non-covered services or with a provider who has opted out of Medicare.
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill through the patient portal or with your mailed statements. All payments should be made through the patient portal or with your statement.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, payment plans are available. You can initiate a payment plan from your patient portal. Or by contacting the clinic at info@peoplefirstmn.com.
